- After you are discharged from the hospital, fill up the claim form and submit it to the insurance company with the relevant documents needed for the claim
- The company would assess the documents submitted and then complete the claim settlement process
- If, on the other hand, you take treatments at a non-networked hospital, you should bear your medical costs from your own pockets. After being discharged from the hospital, fill up the claim form and submit the details of the expenses that you have incurred.
