  1. INTRODUCTION
    These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) governs the end users’ (“You/Your/Visitor ”) access to and use of https://www.turtlemint.com/ (the “Website”). Please read these T&C carefully before accessing the Website or any information, content, image, text, graphics, logos, tools, photographs, images, illustrations, software or source code, audio and video, animations, text, graphic or any kind of material /information on the Website (collectively referred to as “Content”). By using or accessing the Website, You agree to be bound by all the T&C. If You do not agree to all the T&C, please do not access the Website.
    This Website is owned and operated by Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Limited (formerly known as Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Private Limited and Fintech Blue Solutions Private Limited) (“Turtlemint/Platform/Our/Us/We”), a company incorporated under Companies Act 2013 with its registered office at The ORB – Sahar, 4 and 4A 1st Floor, A Wing, Marol Village, Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400099. This Platform is designed to provide various offerings in distribution & marketing of Information technology area and financial products including Insurance, Loans and many more related services offered by respective Affiliated Entities/ Subsidiaries and to redirect You to such Affiliated Entities/ Subsidiaries that offer or facilitate access to such services. (“services”)
    For this T&C, Affiliated Entities/Subsidiaries shall mean Turtlemint Insurance (https://www.turtlemintinsurance.com/), Turtlemint Money (https://turtlemintmoney.com/v1/home), Turtlemint Loans (https://turtlemintloans.com/loans) Turtlemint Pro (https://www.turtlemintpro.com/) and Turt/efin (https://www.turtlefin.com/)
  2. SCOPE OF THE T&C
    These T&C will govern Your use of the Website and all applications, software, and services available via the Website, except to the extent that such Services are the subject of a separate agreement.
  3. PRIVACY NOTICE
    This Website does not collect or process any personal data. Any such data, if provided, shall be through the linked platforms of the Affiliated Entities/ Subsidiaries as governed by their respective privacy policies.
    By accessing the Content on this Website, You agree to accept our privacy policy and accept to these

    Turtlemint hereby grants You a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use a) only the Website, Content and Services only in the manner presented by Turtlemint b) None of the Content and/or confidential information may be reverse-engineered, modified, amended, reproduced, republished, translated into any language or computer language, re-transmitted in any manner c) resold or redistributed without the prior written consent of Turtlemint d) You may not make, sell, offer for sale, modify, amend, reproduce, display, publicly perform, import, distribute, retransmit or otherwise use the Content in any way unless expressly permitted to do so by Turtlemint.

    In addition to other restrictions set forth in these T&C, You agree that:

Any website or other devices that link to https://www.turtlemint.com/ or any page available therein is prohibited from replicating Content, using a browser or border environment around the Content, implying in any fashion that Turtlemint or any of its Affiliated Entities/ Subsidiaries endorse such inbound link websites  or its products, misrepresenting any state of facts, including its relationship with Turtlemint or Affiliated Entities/ Subsidiaries, presenting false information about Turtlemint products or services, and using any logo or mark of Turtlemint or Affiliated Entities/ Subsidiaries, without express written permission from Turtlemint.
  8. TERMINATION
    You agree that We at Our sole discretion, may terminate or suspend Your use of the Website, Our systems, Services and Content at any time and for any or no reason and at Our sole discretion, even if Your access and use continue to be allowed to other websites. Upon such suspension or termination, You must immediately
    – discontinue Your use of Our Website, and
    – destroy any copies You may have made of any portion of the Content.
    You agree that accessing the Website, Our systems, Content or Services after such termination, suspension or discontinuation shall constitute an act of trespass.
    Furthermore, You agree that Turtlemint shall not be liable to You or to any third party for any termination or suspension of Your access to the Website, Our systems, Content and/or the Services.

    Turtlemint makes no representations about the results to be obtained from using the Website, Our systems, the Services or the Content. The use of same is at Your own risk. Turtlemint, its licensors, and its suppliers, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third-party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose. Turtlemint and its Affiliated Entities/ Subsidiaries, licensors and suppliers make no representations or warranties concerning the accuracy, performance, completeness, security or timeliness of the content, information or services provided on or through the use of the Website or Our systems. Any information obtained by You from the Website shall not create any warranty unless expressly stated by us in these T&C. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree and acknowledge that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using the site.
  10. INDEMNITY
    You agree to indemnify and hold Turtlemint, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates/subsidiaries , successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including penalty, reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of content submitted by you/ user, users use of the service, violation of the T&C and privacy policy, breach by the You/user of any of the terms and conditions, representations and warranties herein, or Your /user’s violation of any rights of another.
  11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Turtlemint, its Affiliated Entities/ Subsidiaries, licensors, suppliers or any third parties mentioned at the Website be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, exemplary, punitive and/or consequential damages, lost profits, and/or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use of and/or inability to use the Website, Our systems, information, services or the content whether based on warranty, contract, tort, delict, or any other legal foundation, and whether or not Turtlemint is advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent permitted by law, the remedies stated for You in these T & C are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for herein.
  12. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW INCLUDING EXPORT CONTROL
    You agree to use the Website in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rulings, and regulations and in a way that does not, in the sole judgment of Turtlemint, negatively reflect on the goodwill or reputation of Turtlemint and You shall take no action which might cause Turtlemint to breach any laws, rulings or regulations applicable to Turtlemint.
    We, and Our Website are based in India and You agree to comply with all applicable restrictions and not to export or re-export the Content (including any software or the Services) to countries or persons prohibited under the applicable laws of India or other applicable export control laws or regulations. If You access and download the Content (including any software or the Services). You represent that You are not in a country where such export is prohibited or are not a person or entity to which such export is prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of Your local jurisdiction and any other applicable laws regarding the import, export, or re-export of the Content (including any software or the Services).
  13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, these T&C are governed by the internal laws of India and courts in Mumbai, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  14. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
    If You have any grievances or any concerns which You may have with respect to the information shared by You with Us hereunder, may be directed by You to the customer support of Turtlemint.     Your complaint shall be acknowledged within 24 hours and disposed of within 15 days from the date of receipt of complaint. If Your complaint pertains to any material which exposes the private area, shows full nudity, depicts sexual act or is in nature of impersonation and/or pornography, the complaint shall be resolved within 24 hours from the receipt of complaint.
  15. GENERAL
    You may not assign these T&C or any of Your interests, rights, or obligations under these T&C. If any provision of these T&C shall be found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these T&C, which shall remain in full force and effect. You may preserve these T&C in written form by printing them for Your records.
    This T & C supersedes all prior terms and agreements regarding the Site and constitutes the entire agreement between You and us regarding the Site. If any clause(s) in this documents is found to be unenforceable, then that such clause will not affect the enforceability of the remaining clause of this document.
    We also would like to draw your attention that this document does not create any collaborative venture, agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between you and us.
